Renewal of Professional License

This service enables ambulance professionals to renew their professional licenses to continue practicing within the Emirate of Dubai.

An official Clearance letter from the Roads and Transport Authority (for ambulance vehicle drivers).
Valid First Aid Certificate (for ambulance drivers).
An official employment confirmation letter issued by the employer for all professionals.
Copy of a valid passport and residence permit, or Emirates ID, for all licensed professionals.
Accreditation latter from the awarding (For the instructors)

AED 150: Renewal of ambulance vehicle driver’s license.

AED 400: Renewal of Emergency Medical Dispatcher license or Emergency Medical Technician license.

AED 650: Renewal of Paramedic license.

AED 900: Renewal of Advanced Paramedic/ Instructor (First aid/Advanced) license.

AED 200 (standard) / AED 1,000 (urgent): practical exam fee.

AED 10: Knowledge fee.

AED 10: Innovation fee.

Access to DCAS website and select the service.

Complete the application form and upload all required documents.

Submit the application and pay the applicable service fees.

In case of missing requirements, the applicant will be notified to complete the documents.

The service will be processed, and the professional license will be issued digitally / Electronically.
