Requirements

Copy of Emirates ID / UAE passport

Service Fees

- Free for UAE citizens.

- For non-citizens:

• Patient transport within Dubai by a standard ambulance: AED 500 per trip

• Patient transport within Dubai by a specialized / premium ambulance: AED 800 per trip

• Patient transport from Dubai to another emirate by a standard ambulance: AED 1,000 per trip

• Patient transport from Dubai to another emirate by a specialized / premium ambulance: AED 1,300 per trip

• AED 10: Innovation fee

• AED 10: Knowledge fee

Electronic payment via the website or smart application.

Eligible Patient Categories

The service includes the following categories of patients and medical conditions:

• Bedridden patients
• Dependent geriatric patients
• Post-surgery patients
• Patients with critical fractures
• Patients in a vegetative state
• Dialysis patients
• Patients with infectious diseases (after coordination)
• Infants requiring an incubator
• People of determination with physical, visual, or severe mental/psychological conditions

Terms and Conditions

- Patient transport is based on prior scheduling with the healthcare facility.

- Only stable cases are transported, subject to paramedics’ assessment.

- Unstable cases must be accompanied by a medical escort from the healthcare facility.
