2. No Objection Certificate from the current employer
3. Company ID
4. Emirates ID
5. Valid Professional License issued by DCAS
6. Passport and Visa Copy
7. Malpractice Insurance

FA, ALS Instructors Procedures

Temporary licenses without visa

1. Cancelation of visa (if he was working an anther company)
2. Full passport copy and E visa
3. Passport photo
4. Previous Employment Certificates
5. Current Employment Certificate
6. International card for instructor
7. Data flow (if new application)
