This service allows the applicant to obtain the E-Approval for licensing or renewing the license of an ambulance vehicle with the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA).
An emergency medical technician license is required to obtain an electronic no-objection Approval for a Level 4 ambulance.
A Paramedic license is required, along with an emergency medical technician (EMT), to obtain an electronic no-objection Approval for a Level 5 ambulance.
An advanced paramedic license is required, along with technicians according to their categories, to obtain a no-objection Approval for a Level 6 ambulance.
Access the service portal and submit the application.
Attach the required documents and pay the applicable service fees.
The vehicle undergoes the technical inspection (if applicable).
If the inspection is successful and documents are complete, the service is approved.
