Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services is committed to providing world class governed and accountable ambulance services by implementing all relevant legislations, laws, regulations, researching and benchmarking against international evidenced based on best practices in medical and emergency pre-hospital care.

DCAS is keen to secure skills, knowledge and resources through building up technical national staff and leaders equipping them with specialist’s skills and encouraging their self-development.

By using modern technological systems DCAS is able to develop and improve the level of administrative and technical performance, delivering high standards of patient care in all emergency and non-emergency cases.

The top management is giving full attention to the needs of its customers by providing ambulance services in a timely and appropriate manner, and applying standards through regulating the facilities providing ambulance services and training within Dubai, this ensuring the quality of ambulance services provision in the Emirate.

Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services promotes its quality policy effectively to employees & customers. 

Developing quality goals as per its strategic plan and reviewing them periodically by a specific mechanism to ensure achievement and commitment to the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008​
